Can I return a product?

Yes, a product can be returned within five days. Always first contact us via email: order@littlelabel.co.uk. Please carefully read our return instructions found under order.

My order is a present. How can I inform you of this?

During the ordering process in the Shop, you will be given the opportunity to inform us of any presents that you would like to have gift wrapped in your order. We will charge 1,50 GBP for any gift wrapping. You can attach a personal note with your present by filling in the indicated section on the order form page.

Is it possible to send products within an order to 2 different addresses?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to send products within the one order to different addresses. After completing one order, you can easily create a new order to send to a different address.

Can I attach a personal message to my order?

Which products are there in a Newborn Package?

A Newborn Package is an ideal basic package for the first few weeks after a baby’s delivery. The packages are especially designed so that the required baby basics can be ordered all at the one time! The Basic Newborn Package consists of the most important clothing items for a newborn baby. The Extra Newborn Package is a more complete clothing set for baby. Please refer to ‘Specials’ for an exact list of the products in both Newborn Packages.

How do I order a Newborn Package?

Choose a size on the order form. It is also possible to choose a combination of two sizes within the one package. Then you will be asked to choose two (for the Basic Package) or three (for the Extra Package) colours for the products in the package that you would like to receive. Fill in 1 in the amount box, if you require one package that includes all of the stipulated products.

I am not able to place any products in to my shopping cart

Why am I not able to choose certain sizes of some of your products?

If you are unable to choose a particular size of a product, then that product is temporarily out of stock. Please subscribe to our newsletter in order to be kept up to date on our collection information. Out of stock products will be restocked as soon as possible.

Are all basics from 100% cotton?

Yes, all our basics are from 100% natural cotton! We think it is the best for our little ones. An exception is our underwear collection in the kids shop for kids from 3 till 6 years. For optimal comfort and fitting we added a very small percentage elasthan (5%) to our underwear collection.

In the collection are three colours blue. How do I know which colour is the right one?

Our colour light blue is a very sparkling fresh colour. Available in our baby collection.

Petrol blue is more dark and is slightly green. This colour is only available in our kids collection.

The new colour denim blue is a dark jeans look a like colour with a melee effect. This colour is available in our baby and kids collection.

When ordering the clothes it is sometimes hard to choose the right colour. It looks different on screen.

Please note : the colour light blue is only available in our baby collection. The petrol colour is only available in the kids collection.

What is the difference between the trousers in the baby collection?

Our trousers in the baby collection are from a soft 100% cotton fabric and are very comfortable to wear. Available from size 50-56 in 8 different colours. The sweat pants are from a thicker 100%sweat fabric and available from size 62-68 in three colours.
