Whether at home or at the office, you can place an order or send a gift to someone within 5 minutes. Little Label’s website is easy and fun to use.
Navigate through the shop. Your order will be automatically placed into your shopping cart. Your shopping cart can be easily accessed and updated by clicking on the icon on the top of the screen of every webpage. This does not mean that you have actually placed the order. Your order is final once you click on ‘Place order’.

By clicking on one of the groups with your mouse, you will gain access to that particular product group’s collection. If you click on one of the photos, a larger picture of the product will appear on the screen, together with more specific product information. You will also be able choose the colour of the product in this screen. Then you will be able to choose the size and amount of the product you wish to order and place them into your shopping cart.

Once you are finished shopping, click on the icon ‘to shopping cart’ on the bottom of the page. Here you will find an overview of your order together with the total costs. At this point, you can still adjust the amounts and cancel particular orders in your shopping cart. Once you have made any corrections and are satisfied with the order, click on ‘Next’.

The next page will require you to fill in your personal contact and delivery details. On the page after this, you will be asked to choose your preferred postage method, and this is also where you will find the option for gift-wrapping. You will then be shown a summary of your complete order. If you agree with the order, then click on ‘Place order’ on the bottom of the screen. You will then be asked to choose your method of payment.

Your order will be shipped as soon as your payment has been received. All orders will be shipped within 5 working days after confirmation of payment has been received, if articles are in stock. If certain articles are not in stock when you place an order, then we will let you know as soon as possible by email.

Conditions for exchange and return
If the merchandise does not meet your expectations, then it can be exchanged. However, there are certain conditions attached to this process.

Exchanges
If the colour or the size of the merchandise does not meet your expectations, then you may exchange your order, or certain products within the order. Within 5 days of receiving your order, you must send an email to order@littlelabel.co.uk indicating in writing your intention to return the specific merchandise from your order. In this email you must indicate the specific product(s) that you wish to return and provide us with the order number associated with the order. At this time, you can also inform us of the merchandise that you wish to receive in exchange. You can then post the envelope, or the package with the merchandise you wish to exchange, back to Little Label. You are responsible for the postage costs of the returned merchandise. We hold the right not to accept returned packages and envelopes where the postage costs have not been completely paid for.

Returns
We strive to deliver the best possible merchandise. If, however, you are unsatisfied with your order (or certain products within an order), then you can return it within 5 days of receiving the order. You must first send an email to order@littlelabel.co.uk informing us of the products you wish to return, the order number of the order and your bank account number. Please also inform us of the reason for the return so that we can continue to improve our merchandise and our service.

Please do not forget to pay fully for the return postage as incorrect postage payments will not be accepted.

Please include a copy of our order confirmation along with the products to be returned. Once we have received your email informing us of your intention to return merchandise from your order, and we have received the returned merchandise, we will send you a confirmation email. Once we have established that the returned merchandise has been received in good condition, we will reimburse you for it (excluding the costs for return postage) into your bank account within 5 working days.

Return postage costs
If you wish to return or exchange merchandise to Little Label, then you are entirely responsible for the postage costs associated with doing so, unless Little Label agrees differently due to the nature of the complaint. However, in all cases, you must initially pay fully for the return postage costs! We do NOT ACCEPT any return packages where the postage costs have not been fully paid, and can therefore not reimburse such orders. One or two products can be returned in an envelope. If you are returning more than two products then you must send them in a box or in separate envelopes. Please do not forget to send a copy of the order number with each individual package or envelope.

We will only accept return or exchange products that have met with the aforementioned terms and conditions of exchange or return products. Return or exchange products will only be accepted if we are, firstly, informed by email, within 5 days of receiving the order, that you will be returning merchandise, and then secondly, we receive the return merchandise within 5 working days of your email.

Merchandise
Merchandise that has been purchased with a discount on sale may not be returned or exchanged.
Returned or exchanged products must still have their original labels attached to them, and must be returned in the original wrapping. Merchandise will not be accepted if:
1. it has been worn or washed,
2. you have attempted to mend a fault or mistake in the clothing yourself,
3. you have not followed the washing or general instructions correctly.

Complaints
If you have a complaint concerning one of our products or Little Label’s ordering process, then we request that you follow a different procedure to that of return or exchange products. We request that you inform us as soon as possible by email (order@littlelabel.co.uk) of the nature of your complaint.
In consultation with you, we will strive to find a solution to your complaint, as soon as possible. If you stipulate your complaint to us by email, we request that you include the order number of your order and your telephone number so that we can contact you personally.
